Head to toe in Body Sculpting in which we use a variety of equipment such as weights, resistance bands, bar and lots more to help us get tone and fit as well as getting our heart rates up with cardio.
Wednesdays at 5:15 PM
Consists of a Pilates style regimen where I incorporate a lot of abs along with toning. We use smaller hand/ankle weights, bar, and medicine ball and so much more to keep it fun and spicy. The goal of this class is to build strength in the core through balance and stability with cardio and weights applied.
All exercises can be modified to fit your health needs.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15 PM
Focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting

Burn up the dance floor with Juanika, rockin' off the calories to the sound of heart-pumping tunes and easy-to-master choreography.

Cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides, kettle bells) and stretching. The exercises and format vary for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same
