Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or increase functional performance, Talon can help. When you schedule a few total body lifting sessions per week, some cardio, and maybe even a meal plan from Talon, you will begin to see transformation in time. You will also learn correct terminology, proper technique, and how to train on your own in the future.
Managing the health of your body takes discipline and work, but the hardest part is to start and get the momentum rolling. In the long run however, it is worth it. Your body is yours to keep healthy and you only have one.
"I can help you feel more exhilarated and powerful in your daily activities. Old aches and pains will diminish. Sleep quality will usually increase along with clearer and more focused thinking. Your mental durability and self-discipline will improve. I can help you re-gain your confidence and improve your overall health and physical performance. I specialize in general fitness and strength training." - TALON
Recovery is more important than training.
Most people believe that it is during the workout that you're getting stronger, but really it is during the time that your body is recovering from the workout that you are getting stronger. You can't use what is new if what is new hasn't developed through proper rest and recovery. Having a diet rich in dense nutrients will always dramatically aid in your recovery as well. Rest and nutrition come first before the workouts otherwise it's harder to get results from all of the work that you are doing in the gym.
Consuming fats won't make you fat.
Many people have the idea that eating fats will make them fat. Simply put, too many calories is what makes people gain weight not eating fats in general. Fats like: coconut oil, avocados, almonds, macadamia nuts, olive oil, and eggs are responsible for healthy and balanced hormone levels. If one's hormone levels are imbalanced it can make any fitness goal drastically more difficult to achieve adding a lot more stress to the process.
